This 5 minute breathing routine is designed specifically for people who sit for long periods of time. This video is just one small element of our Sit Well programme - a 6 week course consisting of live and on demand sessions and designed specifically to counteract the negative effects of prolonged sitting and inactivity on the body. Sit Well is part of a larger programme called 'Laois Transformation' which is FREE to take part in as it is funded by Laois Sports Partnership and Sport Ireland.
