Enniscrone Men's Shed

We had a lovely day yesterday in Sligo talking to Enniscrone Mens Shed members . Ruth delivered a nutrition workshop and highlighted how small changes when sustained over time lead to big results. Diane spoke about the physical and mental benefits of multimodal exercise and how this contributes towards positive ageing. John finished the workshop by delivering a practical physical activity session which focused on the importance of balance, flexibility and strength exercises to treat and manage pain.
