FREE 3km & 5km fun walk / run on Saturday 22nd April at 10am

As part of our True Transformation healthy living and weight loss programme we are holding another FREE 3km & 5km fun walk / run on Saturday 22nd April at 10am. Our current True Transformation group have been in training for this for the past 6 weeks and are doing so fantastically well in their preparation. They have come so far in only 6 weeks and we are so excited about seeing them on the start line on Saturday! We will be even more excited to see them cross the finish line :).

We would like to invite you and your friends and family to come join us and bring the kids with you! The purpose of this event is to encourage people to get out, get active and get healthy! If you have never done an event like this before this would be a great one to start with. We are particularly looking for beginners to come and join us.

There will be tea, coffee and lots of healthy treats at the finish line so it would be great if you could stay for a chat :).
