What is Wellness?

Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes.

The first 'Wellness UnLAOISed' class starts tonight at 8pm. Participants will listen to 15 minutes of exercise education with Dr Diane Cooper and complete 45 minutes of multimodal exercise with Ruth D  .

Wellness UnLAOISed is designed and delivered by True Fitness in partnership with Laois Sports Partnership and funded by Sport Ireland through the Sport Ireland Innovation Fund.
