Wellness UnLAOISed is delivered through an app. We asked participants to complete a questionnaire about their experiences using the platform so far.

• 85.7% said that it was easy or reasonably easy to use the app.
• 57.1% of participants look at the Wellness UnLAOISed app once or twice a day whereas 42.9% only look at the app if they get a notification.
