We are taking our sessions up a notch with resistance bands!
Last night Ruth D incorporated resistance exercises into the online session using resistance bands. Resistance band exercises can help engage all of your major muscle groups from chest to biceps, and shoulders to back. Resistance bands provide resistance to a regular bodyweight workout and make it more challenging.
