Resistance Band Circuit

Did you ever use a resistance band? 

Most of our Wellness UnLAOISed participants had never used a resistance band before so we gave them one! On Monday, John from True Fitness explained what resistance bands are, they different types available and how to use them correctly before explaining the resistance band circuit below. John explained that resistance band exercises can help engage all of your major muscle groups from chest to biceps, and shoulders to back. Resistance bands provide resistance to a regular bodyweight workout and make it more challenging.
