Recipe: Mixed bean protein bowl

This is a quick healthy lunch recipe that is high in protein (25g per portion), low in sugar, salt & saturated fat.

Beans are very cheap to buy (1 x 400g can = <50c!), low in fat and a good source of fibre, vitamins and minerals. Did you know that fibre keeps you feeling full for longer?
