Chia Pudding - a healthy breakfast / snack recipe.
This recipe is ideal as it is quick and easy to make. All you need to do is mix the ingredients together, place in a jar and put in the fridge overnight. Serve for breakfast or as a post exercise snack. Chia seeds are a source of:

- Omega 3-fatty acids which contribute to normal brain and eye development.
- Fibre which can make us feel fuller, aid digestion and prevent constipation.
