Do you know how to choose healthy nut butters? There are so many options to choose from in shops, so what's the difference between them??
In our cooking practical last week Ruth used 100% peanut butter to make peanut and chocolate chip balls. Some participants were unsure what 100% peanut butter was so Ruth explained that by checking the ingredients we can choose a healthy peanut butter by choosing options that contain 100% or 99% nuts.
