This is one of our favourite granola recipes! We often make this on a Sunday evening, put it in an airtight container and use it as we need it. This makes breakfast very quick to prepare during the busy week. It's very quick to put together and it's very easy to tweak the recipe to suit your own personal taste.
This recipe is full of healthy fats, proteins and carbohydrates. It can be enjoyed with yoghurt and mixed berries as a dry breakfast or it can be enjoyed by simply adding your preferred milk.
