Cooking Practical Week 3 - Wellness UnLAOISed

Last night our registered associate nutritionist Ruth delivered a live cooking practical to our Wellness UnLAOISed participants. This week the focus was on healthy breakfasts. Ruth prepared fruit and nut oat bake (recipe below), homemade muesli and overnight oats as these were the most popular choices voted by participants last week.

All of these recipes are very easy to make and you can change the flavour by adding different types of fruit. We would love to hear from you if you decide to make this recipe.
