Blueberry Bars (recipe makes 16 bars)

Enjoy:
- 2 bars as a quick, nutritious breakfast option with yoghurt.
- 1 bar as a snack throughout the day.

The oats provide a slow release of energy to help regulate blood sugar and maintain energy levels.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature or freeze to maintain freshness if they are not going to be eaten within a few days. We suggest tightly wrapping the bars individually in clingfilm so that you can take them out as required. Store the bars in a resealable container and freeze for up to 3 months. Allow to defrost fully before eating. You could take them out the night before a busy morning for a quick breakfast or snack on the go.
