When you do any type of exercise, it causes blood to flow to the brain. This can improve your concentration and productivity levels.
After exercise 'feel good' chemicals are released by the brain and spinal cord (aka endorphins). These chemicals also reduce stress levels which has a number of positive effects on how well your brain functions.
We cannot underestimate how important it is to do regular exercise.
