Following the success of our True Transformation programme for adults, we have decided for 2017 that we want to focus some of our attention on our kids so that they grow up to be fit healthy adults. We are currently in the process of designing our exciting new True Transformation programme for kids and teenagers. Our programme will outline the nutrition and physical activity requirements that are specific to different age groups, and it will also include health education workshops to teach kids and teenagers the complete recipe they need to live long healthy lives. This True Transformation programme will also include a workshop to share this knowledge with parents. This programme will be available in studio and online so please keep an eye on our website for details. We hope to have this project completed for January 2017.

- Quick practical healthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- The correct type and amount of physical activity required at different ages to build strong muscles and bones and healthy bodies
- How to make physical activity fun!
